Agranulocytosis
Agranulocytosis is a low level of white blood cells (neutrophils). Agranulocytosis may be acquired or congenital. Agranulocytosis results from failure of the bone marrow to make enough white blood cells. It may be caused by autoimmune disorders, bone marrow diseases, chemotherapy and bone marrow transplantation, or certain medications.
