Inadequate blood flow to a body part or parts, which may cause you to feel:
-numbness or tingling in the feet, hands and toes,
-changes in skin temperature
-shortness of breath,
-low energy
-irregular heartbeats
-lack of stamina
You may also have a sluggish memory and infections and sores may not heal as well as they should. Skin colour can also change due to inadequate oxygen supply and you may have a poor discernment of pain and temperature.
