- severe allergic reaction, swelling of the face/throat or widespread rash with breathing trouble
- severe abdominal pain, severe headache, stiff neck or sudden vision change
- signs of severe dehydration, sepsis, high fever with worsening illness, or symptoms in a baby/young child that concern you

Lacking in the ability to deal with stressful situations or the symptoms of stress. Common effects of stress include headache, muscle tension, fatigue, upset stomach and sleep problems. Stressful situations may result in anxiety, restlessness, irritability or depression. Stress may cause one to overeat, undereat, use drugs or alcohol, or withdraw from social situations.
