Full information
Pain: Ovarian Cyst
An ovarian cyst is a fluid-filled sac or pocket that forms within or on the surface of an ovary. Most ovarian cysts present little or no discomfort. However, some ovarian cysts are painful. Ovarian cysts are more likely to cause pain if they are enlarged, rupture or cause twisting of the Fallopian tube.
